  • All potential recruits must have 4-year university degrees (the majority have degrees in Computer Science)
  • Each VA is also given an IQ test and the test results are shared with our clients

We have flexible options just for you!

You can either get an:

Entry‐Level VA for as low as $6.00 an hour, who can help you out with the following:

1. REO tasks (BPOs, MSR, listing/editing on the MLS
2. Offers and Contracts
3. Utilities
4. Reimbursements
5. Document processing (MS Office Suite)
6. Top Producer, Database Management, online management portals
7. General clerical tasks

Advanced VA for $7.00 an hour, who can do the entire above, plus:

1. Website management / maintenance
2. Social Media
3. Basic SEO
4. Phone receptionist
5. Manage Emails /Phone Calls from Buyers Agents and Potential Buyers
6. Online Management of client web portals (submitting messages to your clients)

Managerial level VA for only $8.00 an hour, who can complete all of the above, but also has
experience managing a staff of 30 people or more, experience working in a customer service
environment, and has exposure to the culture and business practices of the United States.

A one-time set-up fee of $495.00 applies for the 2-week comprehensive training we give to our virtual assistants.
