Code of Ethics

Trust may be the factor that allows us to do so well. It is the most important aspect of working with someone you may never meet and live thousands of miles away from. At MyOutDesk Inc., we strive to only introduce employees that have dedication to excellence. The thorough screening of our new hires includes 3 work references and  2 personal reference with criminal background check. Their identity, addresses and schools are verified – meaning when you meet them they are the best of the best. It is then up to you to see if this VA will be a good addition to your team.

We insist that ALL MyOutDesk Inc. employees must adhere to our strict Code of Ethics. It is important for you to know and this takes place before you meet them, we process hundreds of new applicants every month, they will protect your intellectual property, your databases and your visions, our employees sign a Confidentiality Agreement a business contract and updated contracts as needed.

 

Our Code of Ethics: contains two key components:

1) Aspirational This is the criteria to which MyOutDesk Inc. aspires. We maintain our VAs are: Professional Skilled Committed Confident Creative Experienced Organized Reliable Proactive Innovative problem solvers Willing to learn new skills

2) Principles These are the rules and values that employee’s of MyOutDesk Inc. are expected to adhere to: Must always exercise honesty, integrity and due diligence when performing their responsibilities to the client Must always safeguard the interests of the client and not participate in any illegal or unethical activity Must not enter into any agreement or activity that would cause conflict of interest with the client Refrain from any practice that would influence their capacity to perform their professional duties Must protect all confidential information obtained during their duties and shall not use such information in any way that is not related to their duties for the client Must accept responsibility for all work done, admit any mistakes and take any and all measures possible to correct any troubles that arise Must complete the work to the deadline agreed upon
