Code of Ethics
Trust may be the factor that allows us to do so well. It is the most important aspect of working with someone you may never meet and live thousands of miles away from. At MyOutDesk Inc., we strive to only introduce employees that have dedication to excellence. The thorough screening of our new hires includes 3 work references and 2 personal reference with criminal background check. Their identity, addresses and schools are verified – meaning when you meet them they are the best of the best. It is then up to you to see if this VA will be a good addition to your team.
We insist that ALL MyOutDesk Inc. employees must adhere to our strict Code of Ethics. It is important for you to know and this takes place before you meet them, we process hundreds of new applicants every month, they will protect your intellectual property, your databases and your visions, our employees sign a Confidentiality Agreement a business contract and updated contracts as needed.
