Founded in 2008, MyOutDesk Inc., is a San Diego based Company. MyOutDesk Inc. is growing and gaining large and small business clients daily, we’re an intelligent successful voice in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Virtual Assistant community.

Armed with 40 years of combined Real Estate experience, our principals have been involved with hiring and managing personnel and running businesses that range in size from $14 million year corporations to even proprietor type businesses producing hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for only 1 owner. No job is too big or too small for us. Unlike many outsourcing companies that will only work for businesses that place hundreds of employees at a time, we treat one order just like one hundred. We believe that while the order may be small, hiring a virtual assistant will allow you to grow your company, and we expect to grow with as partners in success.

We started MyOutDesk Inc. because we were forced to! Let us explain.

office workplace layoffs tall Company HistoryThe Real Estate Market Crash of 2006 forced many layoffs within our own Real Estate business, the money to support payroll and to expand into new areas where powerful income potential was still possible wasn’t there, we knew we needed to do more with less, but how?

Our first Virtual assistant was hired in March 2007, she was hired to answer emails, create marketing manage web communications and website enhancement, after 3 months her performance was incredible, she had out performed my 2 office managers, generated income for the company and was able to learn several aspects of the business that she was not hired to know. We were able to expand while cutting expenses, I hired 2 more Virtual assistants and was able to save the costs of 2 average office managers salaries, yes I fired my office managers and make most of my physical employees report to my virtual manager. The savings were amazing and performance had actually improved. My saved time and money, allowed me to focus on what I was good at, building my client base in Real Estate, in focusing where I was best, people began to take notice, I was often asked what my secret was, how could I do so much business with no apparent staff, people would say, you must never sleep, you must not have much of a life, they were wrong, very wrong. Within a year MyOutDesk Inc. had 6 new Brokers signed up, a Ecommerce business, 2 accounting firms including our own accountant, and an internet marketing company. The idea of a small company acting like a big one paid off, the question of how do you do more with less was answered.

Our Systemized Approach

Checks & Balances Lead To Predictably Better Results

graph 300x299 Company HistoryOne of the biggest concerns in outsourcing is if the person who you do not have working in your physical office, is indeed doing what you expect. We have learned the hard way to set up the proper checks and balances to ensure work is performed as expected. We hire self sufficient people, who are paid to be efficient. There are 2 approaches to outsourcing, one way is to hire average employees managed by above average managers to ensure dead lines and completion of tasks. It is my opinion, that this approach is the wrong way. MyOutDesk Inc. only hires the best and brightest available, we want an Mvp on every team, at every position, it is less profitable for our business, but more for yours, we want a long term clients, our pay scale ensures each and every employee values their positions, and they know their continued employment is only based on your happiness with their work. Each employee is trained on task tracking and metrics reporting, if they cannot get those simple tasks correct before they begin, we don’t want them, and neither would you, be careful with companies that claim task tracking software, they need such software because they are hiring under skilled inefficient people, we know this from experience and our own struggle to find the right price.
